I can’t understand what they are talking about the licensing costs etc., so if any chap has knowledge in that area, please do explain.
After reading it, my thought is : Indian Govt. is completely hopeless when it comes to telecommunications.
You’d be better off asking this in the forum.
Well, maybe some other readers can explain too..
The gist of what he’s saying is that high prices are because the Government is trying to make quick money off licensing.
Other people mentioned that there [i]are[/i] high speed cables owned by Bharti + SingTel.
